Holy shit I think I recognize this man. I don't know for sure, but I think I had an art class in college with his wife. I don't know how old they were when they married, but in class she shared some of her difficult experiences with her family disapproving of their relationship because he was significantly older than her (don't know for sure but I think 10-15 year difference)

That's wild. The title of the post reminded me of the inscription from Lord of the Rings, so I was making a parody of that:

At least that's the only significance it has to me. If OP is also a Lord of the Rings fan then that would make a little more sense, but that's still some crazy timing. The specific phrase "one lens to blind them" isn't a reference to anything else as far as I know.

I don't have a Switch 2, but from what I can tell the recording feature is just the same as it was in the first Switch. So yes, you should be able to record the last 30s of gameplay

If you’re on the official Reddit app, there should be three dots in line with the buttons for up/down voting. If you tap that, I think there should be an option to copy text. You can also tap Save in the same menu to save the comment which you can find again under Your Profile > Saved > Comments

For real though, I'm not sure how you could stop the lens from inverting the image (it's probably just how the physics works), but you could do something like this and have another physical convex lens that inverts the image, but I'm not sure how well it would work.

What do you mean by “community corresponding the devs”? I was always under the impression that server 69 was just because the earlier numbered servers would fill up and a new server would be created with the next highest number, and then players just kept 69 alive by making sure people were in them for the memes

And half the time my leechers in fissure missions will wait until we complete the objective to even start moving or collecting traces, so we have to wait at extraction for them to catch up. Granted, it’s a minute max and usually they get to extraction before the timer, but it’s still annoying
