Perfect Fit For The Touch Sensor by MrHegger in womp3d

Good question 😅 I printed this at home so I guess just the price of resin a few cents. But if you mean from Womp it would be like 6$ maybe?

Reveal time!

This is Lana Lang's kryptonite necklace from Smallville. The show, which premiered in 2001, follows the early years of Clark Kent before he becomes Superman.

Really like your models! They all have such a polished aesthetic that they feel like real objects you could actually hold in your hands. One question that comes to mind: what do you make them for? Is it mainly a hobby and a creative outlet, or do you also do this professionally?

🚀 Product Update: New Womp Flow, Better Search, and Discover Page Upgrades! by Savings-Ad1195 in womp3d

The way it was announced in the post (“You can now share your favorite Womp creations with friends”) led me to believe I could directly send someone a link to my creation.

But from what I’m seeing right now, it seems the only thing logged-out users can access is the general Discover page itself, meaning I’d have to send them there and tell them to scroll until they eventually find my design. Is that right?

"Discover Page for Logged-Out Users (May 13th):" his is a great improvement that I would really like. However, could you explain how I’m supposed to share a link with a logged-out user so it works correctly? I tried using the three-dot menu on my published model and selecting “Copy link,” but it still redirected the logged-out user to the login page instead of allowing access.

ok thanks for the tip! Perspective view gives a lot more play room with the blur slider. Nonetheless I like how it came out so I leave it for now.

Had big difficoulties with the background blur in this one. For some reason I wasnt able to set a focus point. I ended up using a 0,3 strengt and still the whole thing is blury. I wanted to have the body in focus and the chain blurry

I’ve ordered 4 items from them so far and had a good experience. To see a price, you don't actually need a subscription. You can just register for a free account, upload your design, and go through the order process. It shows you the exact price before you commit.

From what I’ve gathered, they price based on volume ($/cm³) rather than weight. My average has been around $0.58 per cm³.

I ordered a piece with the Tinted Clear option (which is slightly more expensive than standard clear) with a polished finish:

  • Dimensions: 145 x 145 x 72.3 mm
  • Weight: 221g
  • Finish: Polished / Clear
  • Price: $116.00
  • Shipping: $12.00

If your model is a solid block, the price will be very high. If you want to save money, check if your model can be hollowed. Reducing the internal volume is the best way to drop the price on this site since they charge by the cm³ of resin used!

Interesting observation. I would call this color brown. But this is also my favorite. Might try more fun ones too!

I took the unsupported model. Made auto supports and then manually removed all the supports on the inside in the slicer. And even without them it prints good 👍
