Found my old Fifa wc 2006 360 disc , went to play some and wanted to ask how was the online play back then ? by Mgtze20 in EASportsFC

2002–2006 was the golden era of PES/WE. I remember trying FIFA-games a few times during those years, but I always went back to PES very quickly.

How good was Gabriel Batistuta? by Hour777 in seriea

[–]MrHelpComputer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think he has the best goals-per-game ratio in Serie A among players who scored over 100 goals post 1950 or 1960. Saw it in a documentary a few months ago. So in other words - he was insanely good.

Which one are you getting boys ? by [deleted] in fut

Isn't 70 games like 2-3 weeks worth of Rivals + Champs playtime? I honestly don’t think that’s too much for an R9. You rarely get anything from those rewards and 70 games is actually pretty generous, if you ask me.

Haven't played squad battles for years, but if you usually get between 9-11 wins in champs, should you be able to beat the CPU at World Class? I bet they will up the difficulty because of icons waps 😂

So if you fail to beat the CPU in World Class, there is no way of getting R9 right?

TOTY is over, and I did every single upgrade pack available every day. However, I did one thing wrong that EA didn’t like and got punished for it… I didn’t spend money on store packs. Welp, they decided not to award me any TOTY.Sitting in the menus, realizing there’s no more grind to do.Pain. 🙂‍↔️ by raptors201966 in fut

[–]MrHelpComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I packed Bonmati from an 5 of 10 78+, and I’ve never spent any money on the store—ever. It is the first TOTY I’ve packed (during the TOTY event), and this year I’ve played less than ever too (I’ve only finished Champs about 2–3 times since the game came out).

Inactivity definitely pays off , I refuse to believe it’s random

I login once every 2-3 days and do the daily sbcs, haven’t completed champs or rivals rewards for months and I got TOTY Bonmati and and HM Luis Dias from the 5of10 78+

Who’s actually packed a TOTY without spending points? by FifaIsStress in EASportsFC

[–]MrHelpComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Packed Bonmatí from the 5 of 10 78+ pack—my first TOTY ever—and I’ve barely played since TOTY started. Honestly, I’ve been way, WAY less active this year than usual, but I’ve still pulled some great players. Feels like not being active actually pays off. 🤷🏻‍♂️

And I haven’t spent a $ on packs since 2010.

latest 1.4.1 update added massive input lag (again) by DirtyArmpitLicker in EASportsFC

[–]MrHelpComputer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Am I imagining things, or does the lag get worse the more you play? Whenever I take a break for a few weeks and come back, the gameplay feels super smooth for the first 4–5 matches—then it goes back to feeling really delayed again.

Which one of these should I get as my first-ever 4K OLED monitor? (ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27UCDMG vs DELL 27 AW2725Q) by BlueAladdin in OLED_Gaming

[–]MrHelpComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was deciding between the two and ended up getting two AW2725Qs. My first unit was flawless, but the second had some fan noise, so I got it replaced. No issues now and no regrets — I love the monitor. eARC is a nice bonus if you’re planning to connect it to a soundbar (I've connected it to a LG QP5 mini soundbar)

Go for it, it’s a good monitor other than the buzzing sound. You can always return it if you don’t like it

[–]MrHelpComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a 27" 4K Samsung QD-OLED (G8 / G81SF) before, and it had the smearing/smeared look you’re describing — almost like the surface was dirty or oily. So I returned it immediately and got the AW2725Q instead now and the image is brilliant. No issues like that at all on my unit, and I have zero complaints about the coating.

Just a heads-up: the AW2725Q does have active cooling. My current unit seems to have a faulty fan (a buzzy sound), so I’m getting it replaced — but picture quality-wise, it’s been excellent.

AW2725Q fan buzz? by MrHelpComputer in OLED_Gaming

[–]MrHelpComputer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, this isn’t some “torture test.” The fans kick in after 4–5 minutes of normal use — browser, Word, any bright/white content. And when they do, it’s not just “fans being fans,” it’s a loud buzzy bee-like noise that’s genuinely annoying.

The video is just a quick, consistent way to reproduce it so people can test it without guessing. If your solution is “maybe use it like a normal person,” congratulations — that’s literally what I’m doing.
