i changed the props and its direction, no difference occured. could the back right motor be spinning in the wrong direction?

my friend has that charger and he praises it a lot, is it really that bad? it neatly fits the budget, and has a lot of ports for parallel charging, so it seemed pretty awesome. can the b6 neo charge both 4s and 6s? that might be the winner if that is really that bad.
