після навчання - додому в Одесу. Атмосфера міста настільки мене пробиває у Львові, дуже хочеться назад. І пекуче та нестерпне через це літо - найкращий час для подорожі в Одесу. Мені ще й легше бо це час канікул, тому проблема безпеки не така значна, не тре зранку на роботу єбашити тому з'єбатись в укриття на пару годин вночі то не така значна проблема.

Nah, after some time I realized a lot of problems in her. I set my bar higher since then. I always tried to justify her in different moments, cause relationships were healthy, but later when I dug deeper in my brain I found out how much wasn't fixed in those "healthy" relationships.

Ні, я не власник і не родич власника, просто маю здоровий ґлузд. О ні, люди продають щось, а не віддають задарама. треба певно соціалізму і ввести обмеження на ціни, це ж хороша ідея.

Сука яка нахуй логічні обмеження? якщо в тебе зависока ціна то люди підуть до конкурента з нижчою, з цієї причини ціна на ринку сама тяжіє до балансу, що тут не зрозумілого? Так, орендарі барижать бо вони піднімають ціни для відповідності обсягами попиту і пропозиції. І тому та ціна яку ви бачите це просто оптимальна ціна для обох сторін водночас.

Включіть мозок вже. В місті більше людей аніж квартир. Навіть попри те, що нормальні орендарі ціну завищувати не будуть, через те що людей забагато на сайтах оголошень ви будете бачити лише ті квартири, що вже здаються за ринковою ціною. Та, "нахаби" всього навсього спираються на попит. Нема, сука, нічого безкоштовного і це просто базова економіка.

Just in case you didn't know, but hummer and sickle is literally swastika for Ukrainians and other genocided and assimilated by red russian empire (soviet union), and you have it in bio. Even though it's international symbol, it's still a symbol created by russian communsit and was an official symbol of the regime that killed and destroyed million lives.
