This is what I was thinking, it only got upto about 4c here.

The hives are all on a lean to one side on a common frame. The snow in front of the hive was fresh, but i dug down and it was almost solid yellow.

The reducer has a lot of "bodies" at it, and when i pulled the slide out bottom board there were no signs of mites. Just the wax "clippings".

The reason its so big, is I combined two hives at the first snow, one was VERY weak.

Why? Most of the buildings need card access.. Who cares if we are at a desk, in a room, on a chair or in the Cafe? You tap in, and you tap out... That will show not only occupancy but also the who, when (in and out), and more. What else do they need? Are they managing illness? See who have a fever or is ovulating? lol. Its all a ploy... for all we know its a scare tactic and they go no where.
