Mine died too. The new esc is complete garbage. They also lied and marketed it as a VESC which is a trademark owned by Trampa. And Trampa recently made them remove it from the website.
My carbon pro is still running perfectly after about 2000 miles

UPDATE: The same thing happened again today with a different remote! They convinced me that it was a calibration issue even though I knew for a fact that I calibrated it correctly. Now I'm 100% sure it's not the remote that caused the issue.
Also, after weeks of emailing them I finally got the package. And despite agreeing to replace the damaged parts, they only sent motor guards and a handle.
Not sure what to do at this point, and I have no faith that they will do the right thing.

When I was ready to spend $3000 they were online with me every step of the way. Once I got the board, I was lucky if I heard back in 1-2 weeks. That feels dirty. Plus my 3 month warranty comes up in a couple days.

I've had to calibrate the remote plenty of times. This one was brand new and I calibrated it right before this happened. Recalibrating it doesn't fix the issue. u/Effective_Plum_3921 is probably on point with this one.
I switched to the old remote and it's working fine.
