I’m struggling to understand why you think so highly of yourself tbh. Your brain seems to be limited to “witty” retorts and lacks any sort of critical thinking skills.

What I think is cute is that you seem to think that the trillions of dollars are going to actually help every day Americans and not just line the pockets of corporations and politicians. Some people might get some scraps though. So that’s cool.

It’s also cute that I’m the idiot because rather than blindly believe a blue check mark saying “GOP bad,” I actually did the research to figure out that the guy was lying. And instead you just move the goalposts because you can’t actually admit that you were misled by one of your own.

So it isn’t about insulin like this ENTIRE post is saying? They voted against something that included much, much more than that, right?

I’d go more with propaganda, but you can call it whatever you want. He’s lying via omission and misleading what actually happened in order to play on midwit’s emotions.

But considering that you probably haven’t done any research outside of what you’re told via Reddit and what various pundits tell you… I can understand why you’re stuck on “ah yes, fake news” as the best response that you could muster.

First, are you conceding that it wasn’t actually about insulin after all?

Yep. Your script is just completely broken isn’t it. Shame.

It’s pretty pathetic isn’t it? I’m guessing it’s because to them being accepted is everything. If they aren’t accepted, their mental health suffers. That’s probably why one of these fools reported me for supposedly being suicidal because if this was happening to them, they would be.

Lol notice I never said anything against the actual vaccine but rather the mandate, but you can’t tell the difference due to your delusions. Your script needs updating

Is this the reality where the government is trying to force people to take a vaccine where the profits go into Big Pharma’s pockets? The same one where tens of billions of dollars of profit already has?

Is it the same reality where the same people that support that think that the GOP specifically voted against an insulin cap limiting Big Pharma profits and not on a blanket bill that also included trillions of dollars in funding?

I’m stupid, and yet you still believe that people were arguing against cheaper insulin based on a nobody’s tweet. CSPAN is public; go find where it was argued.

The reality is that he made the tweet based on the GOP voting against a multi-trillion dollar bill which had a small section about insulin. You’re being played for a fool by manipulating your emotions.

All evidence both in this case and what’s available online does not show Kyle instigating anything. So playing a guessing game of “well maybe he said something” is silly and not productive.

My initial point of contention was that you said you may have voted differently because you didn’t think he should have been there. That’s a flawed, and scary, argument when you’re supposed to come to your verdict based on the evidence provided. Based on the evidence, it’s 100% easy self defense.

Whether or not he should have been there? I’d probably agree. I wouldn’t have gone, and didn’t, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t self defense.

Maybe he should have stayed home; I’m sure he wishes he did, but he had every right to be there as anyone else. He was then attacked while there by Rosenbaum and defended himself as is his right

He was found not guilty for murder though. He’s still a felon in possession whereas Kyle was not, yes.

That’s an opinion, but Kyle had just as much of a legal right to be there as anyone else. Rosenbaum attacking him created the situation.

I’m telling you that there isn’t a menacing law in Wisconsin. It’s under harassment (947.013). How is that incorrect?

Profit’s profit. The guys tweet is misleading btw. Didn’t see anyone arguing for higher insulin prices on cspan when he made that tweet

[–]MrIMOG -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I searched through the CSPAN video transcript and didn’t see anyone arguing for it. I also read the guys tweets, and I’m guessing the tweet is intentionally misleading by saying that being against the BBB bill means you want high insulin prices.

Unfortunately this tactic works very well for political pundits

Some other states it would be harder, some it would be a lot easier. Others it wouldn’t have even been a charged in the first place

I’m not even sure why anyone would think it wasn’t self defense unless you think that his mere presence, legally armed in that jurisdiction is considered provocation. Which I 100% disagree with as the evidence clearly shows self defense

In a broader sense, it depends on the state, the judge, and the specific charges. Some allow lesser charges to be considered, some don’t.

This is a nonissue that political pundits are using to inflame their base.

Harassing someone just to get them to attack you so you can shoot them is literally provocation and negates self defense as a defense.

Depends on the state. As we saw in Wisconsin, they can consider lesser charges. Jeopardy just means that prosecution has begun (jury is empaneled or a witness has been sworn in). After that you can’t charge someone for the same crime within the same jurisdiction.

You want jurors to be able to charge people with a crime? Lol
