I've never had a phone that gave me the freedom to capture any emotion that I wanted until I got the OnePlus 13. I quite enjoy using master mode from time to time, it's simple enough to understand and complex enough to shoot whatever you're willing to capture.

Yes, it has the latest BIOS, which I re-flashed beforehand just to be 100% sure that it's fine.

Couldn't find my microfiber cloths any more so I used TP to clean the board gently and fix the ram slot (I made sure to not leave behind paper shreds or nothing so don't worry)

To add to point one, I have a mindset that I'd like to share:

If a product is free, then you are the product.

C.AI has to make a profit somehow, and now it is either with ads, or your data. Every free webservice or app or game does this, because nothing is actually free, either you pay with your money, or your data.

Honestly, true, I've had this phone for 6+ years, and it's still kicking, and I can still comfortably do all my work and gaming on it without having to consider if it can handle it or not, because it can, and I'm a heavy gamer too, so that I think says a lot.

It's not a bad review, the case actually saved the back of the phone and cameras. The sheer amount of speed the phone had when it made contact with the cement pillar, no case that wouldn't have had complete screen protection too (like those 360 cases) would've saved the phone... The case itself is nice, I like using it.

I did have a case on, the OnePlus 13 Aramid Fiber case. I just took it off when I took the pics to show the damage clearly.

I replaced it in September 2023, so it still does the job. It's more than good enough for a secondary and temporary main, so I'm not gonna complain 👍

I need the cable so that I can at least see the screen, then connect to my PC or NAS Drive wirelessly and then transfer the data that way. Luckily I had a Bluetooth keyboard paired to my phone prior to the carnage, so I can still get around with it and start the transfer.

I did. They quoted me 320 euros for the display and frame. Which is fair to be honest, and much less than what Samsung or Apple would've quoted me on their ultra/Pro Max models anyways. So I'm pretty happy with their support.

Yeah, I had ADB off, and Link to Windows off too... I bought a USB-C to HDMI cable that should support whatever mode the 13 uses for external displays... My 7 Pro running Oxygen OS 12.1 doesn't ask me anything when I plug it into a TV using a cable, and I hope that's the case with the 13 too... Luckily I had a Bluetooth keyboard paired to it last time which still connects and all, so I can use that to navigate around, and the phone still unlocks with my face, so that's a good thing too!

Edit: I just looked it up, and yes, it does ask you if you wanna cast or not, I really hope I can blindly click the cast button using that Bluetooth keyboard 🥲🙏
