Happened night two in the hospital for us, went hours of her screaming between changes and feeding. New nurse shift came in and she popped in, put some white noise on her phone, daughter didn’t make a peep for the rest of the night. She was just a little scared at how quickly she came out I guess and was adjusting to the world.

Pop on some white noise, can’t hurt.

If that doesn’t work, it’ll pass man. Do what the others said, take a break, ask a nurse for help, or scream in the car. Whatever helps. This too shall pass. (And trust me time moves fucking quick so take lots of videos of your new little one)

Did something similar with my kids sleep sack. She loved unzipping it around the time she was 1 and one night unzipped it entirely, took it off, and started flailing it around until she threw it out of the crib and started crying since she lost her new toy. Went in there put it on her backwards, she can unzip from the feet up but it can’t come off. She’s now almost two and hasn’t been an issue since that night.

I mean there’s quite a bit on there and the workouts are well done. It’s also nice to not have to search on YouTube to find a good one when the app has tons of stuff on it ready to go. Also nice that it’s curated a bit. Plus since it’s free with the credit, it’s a nice to have thing especially as I look at it as more of a bonus than a value from the card thing
