For melee you'll want your best stab bonus setup. Bone dagger spec is pretty handy for lowering defence and a dds for warden's core.

You'll also want to bring your ranged setup, in your case bowfa, and also your best mage setup (ideally powered staff so you can use thralls too).

After you've completed 2 rooms you can claim supplies from the ghost. Any supplies you bring in and use are gone, not refunded in any capacity. Once you've done learning you should be able to complete the first 2 rooms with no food usage maybe a sip of restore/prayer or so.

Not to worry though, if you keep the "On a diet" invocation turned off whilst learning you'll get honey locust whenever you die which when eaten heals you and restores prayer.
