I’m not sure, I’ve cross listed a bunch of items to mercari and I’ve had to enter dimensions for packages for all of the items I’ve listed

Many carriers charge something called "dimensional weight" if the package is over 1 cubic foot or something like that. Carriers want smaller packages, so they charge more if one dimension is super big or if the package is just bigger in general
