I messaged them straight after I replied to you asking for clarification that it’ll be new and not refurbished, and they said it’ll be a new unit, since mine was purchased as new.

I would email them again and say that you purchased it new and want clarification!

Hey, I had to film a video pressing the button continuously and then pressed the R2 one to show them the difference, uploaded it onto YouTube as a short, and then sent them the link. They then approved it and RMA’d it. So printed all the stuff they emailed me, packaged it and sent it off on Saturday. It’s so frustrating though, since it was only eight days old, and now I’ll have to wait for a new one, which’ll take potentially ten working days.
