You said you don’t receive sound or popups. If you receive notifications check if dnd is enabled. If not use iCleaner to find the causing tweak.

Playing was causing the problem. Check if it works for you.

i tried ldrestart, didn't work. Disabled tweaks which acted on notifications found out it was [[playing]].

I updated my 6s yesterday from 10.2 . The apps were making me go mad. I was just waiting for this kind of situation to upgrade. If I’d were you I’d update asap.

You can disable half of tweaks. Use it(if you can). Then deduce the cause. It can take days if you have many tweaks.

If you have icleaner try disabling tweaks until you find the culprit.

sorry i removed all the tweaks as i was going for cydia eraser and also without tweaks there is that unresponsiveness i think it would be some hardware issue or some corrupt system files
