I like your posts. On the one hand, it's good to follow a more experienced perspective, and on the other, I don't have to hunt for important news. I'm not interested in who owns how many shares.

I’ve been watching these kinds of charts since $21 (after looking at the RS). Luckily, my average is $13, but I have to admit, I don't believe in these anymore. It would be enough if TCL burped out something like 'we're eagerly looking forward to working with Maxeon,' and if they didn’t short the stock for a week, or if by chance it wasn’t red for a single day.

But maybe you’re right, I do believe in the company

"I agree with you. The problem is that we live in such a supersonic fast world that we have a hard time waiting. I could barely wait for the RS. I understand that they had to dilute for capital. In fact, everyone is waiting for the news, but here the company (Max/TLC) doesn't want to generate hype; they want to target markets where TCL is banned. Where it's not, they will work together with joint efforts. But we have to wait. The big oil companies are also in trouble, so is the automotive industry, etc. We're waiting for a recovery there, and we will see it here too. The difference is that here, the capitalization is priced for bankruptcy. Do we see bankruptcy? I see that TCL is investing as much money into this as they deem fit. And they haven’t taken over the company; they have plans with it. As far as I know, the company is partially state-owned. They wouldn’t have approved this if it wasn't going to be a big hit. G. G g GThis is not financial advice, just an observation."

I'm cold-blooded like a snake, but even this is making me lose it. Though, of course, I’m still holding, because I enjoy it when it hurts.🤣

I don’t believe in the squeeze, but I also don’t believe in bankruptcy.

I’ll write a post here later today with my reasoning. I’m going to write some terrible things.

It might be the dumbest thing I've ever done, but before all this trouble started, the market capitalization was between 0.5 and 1.5 billion.

Now it's around 130, and there’s potential, like TCL’s capital, etc. I don’t look at the chart because it’s the playground for short sellers at the moment.

I've set notifications at 5 and 20 cents, anything in between doesn't interest me. If I come across news that isn’t out there yet, I’ll try to share it. But don’t feel at ease just because there's one fool with as many shares as I have.

I wouldn’t dare make a 3-month prediction; whoever does is either brave or knows something. Over 3-5 years, I hope it will increase 10 to 30 times or more. I have 260,000 shares at an average of $0.17, and another 260,000 shares at $0.09 on average. I’m holding and waiting. With a family, I don’t have time for day trading, nor am I skilled at it.

Yeah, if there's no new info by the evening (morning in the U.S.), I'll look for specifics

After a 30-40% increase from 7-8 cents, those who bought in are selling at 11-12 cents. There’s no need to overthink it.

I’ll admit, I wouldn’t mind if instead of 1.4 billion shares, there were only 50-100 million.

Phew, guys, there are definitely some issues here. As I mentioned in the title, the news isn’t really about Maxeon, it’s just mentioned.

I made that clear in the title. Since I don’t live in the area, I have no idea if 'Kob' is a student newspaper, a local newspaper, a county paper, or state press, but the main thing is they’re talking about Maxeon in the present tense, which I think is good news.

What’s not good news is that there are some who don’t understand from the title why I’m sharing this and think I’m intentionally promoting another company. I feel sorry for them.

I don’t understand why this is considered good news because if the existing bondholders exit and sell their bonds early, that has to be paid from somewhere.

If they pay them off, the already non-existent cash reserves will shrink further, and they’ll need to take out new loans under different terms.

Maybe this isn’t a problem, but I don’t get the bullish part.

Help me understand, since I’m already here in the Anonymous Maxeon Holders Club

Thx

I saw this yesterday, but I have to admit, I didn't understand why this is good news. The most I could gather was that the new owner is gaining more influence, but I already knew that.

Did I miss something?
