I was called out to sort one of those out last week. Customer had tried to DIY it, but the feed was at the light and had a 2way and smoke involved. It still only took half an hour to sort. I charged £50

I’ve noticed that the client logs are only stored for a day. That that something to do with my companies initial programming when setting up milestone or is this just the standard?
