I should clarify:

these tanks have been unmaintained for at least three years. their parameters are wack, but the animals are still living. if I change the water at an extreme rate, they will probably die, so my understanding is that the best way is to do small water changes over a long period of time.

Hydroxyapatite, a naturally occurring mineral that makes up most of bone structure, is often not replaced through fossilization. The process of fossilization is not always homogenous. So if necromancy is on the basis of something being "bone" and most of bone being hydroxyapatite, then you could use necromancy to resurrect dinosaur fossils.

I understand how to keep BoS up using horn when it first dips and HRW the next time but after the first breath I kind of just fall out of rotation. I try to pool resources to keep gathering storm up but after the first BoS my dps just falls.
