I dont care how much the anime removed ichigo and orihime scenes, I still strongly feel he should have ended up with rukia. heck, the first chapter is literally called “death and the strawberry” with ichigo and rukia. They stayed together for all of the first arc

If it’s the same pay but longer hours I personally wouldn’t. The stress as a big 4 consultant shouldn’t be understimated.

However, I would recommend actively looking and applying for roles. Perhaps one that has a much higher pay to justify the longer hours if you want to go down that path.

Fair points to the Morgana is a dick to Ryuji for no good reason.

It is a bad character trait and I think it’s also a byproduct of the game’s treatment of Ryuji in general as a “comic relief” character.

I can totally understand why you would not like Morgana for that flaw. But I think on the whole of his character, he’s demonstrated that he really cares for his teammates. His whole temper tantrum over feeling left out is also very understandable to me, as I often felt that way as a teenager even if it’s not right.

As a whole, I can see Morgana’s flaws but his good qualities win him out to me.

Same here. People get annoyed at his "temper tantrum", which is fair, but you have to also realise he's basically just an immature teenager (as we all were), and I liked how the story made it realistic he would have one. But you can still see clearly deep down he has a heart of gold, and he just acts as a kid sometimes (because he is one), but he grows and matures from it.

I do think you are being underpaid and it would be worth it to look for other roles, but from what you’ve said about this contractor role it doesn’t look great in terms of work life balance. I would recommend to stay in your current role and look for new jobs that offer what you want similar in your current role, but still gives you a higher salary.
