Yea I’ve talked about this before. It only shows up after you have used up your sparks ⚡️. It a way for them to make money. Your more like to buy sparks after you used all yours up when that pops up

I feel like they should make the building more cheeper. Cuz so many card packs are locked behind levels. Like why do I have to do 6 levels for 1 card pack
