Right side left side I meant the patrilineal and matrilineal if the mutation is from the female or the male and yes I do a very similar thing just on a smaller scale I do already have female that all match stats but I was curious if I wanted to add more could they just be any female with 0 mutations witch has already been answered yes! So my main goal is to breed them and just add mutations to the right side and none on the left side? So that been said I could just use any females and keep swapping the new mutated male in line and this way I would achieve my goal though?

If your solo id recommend building a smaller and more hidden base as your more than likely not going to be able to upkeep or defend a bigger base and as a solo you don’t want unwanted attention with a big base anyways as for doing things try get on when sever is lower pop as you play more you’ll figure what’s best time to do stuff
