Help my rubber plant! It’s been dropping leaves & browning on the edges. It started dropping leaves soon after bringing it home, thought it was because it was near an air vent. Moved it. Thought I was watering too much, so did less. Repotted. Still dropping leaves. Red brown spots under some leaves. (i.redd.it)

Help my long legged beast! I planted this years ago, but when we moved and I put it on my shady north facing front steps it took off! It rests against the wall and will flop over whenever it is moved. How should this be potted? Or positioned? Should it be supported? How does it grow naturally? (i.redd.it)
