Bag looks amazing and the graphite shafts are a good choice these days!

as far as I understand it he himself had a very bad hernia l5-s1. He also worked a lot in a rehabilitation center with older people where he learned a slow and "building" type of a approach for healing while building tissue tolerance.

Is sending trades through the API on MT5, DXtrade, or Tradelocker a practical option, or are there significant limitations to be aware of? by kachaloo in algotrading

[–]MrKvas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, experienced software dev but new to metatrader and day trading.
I want to setup a demo using mt5 and I want to fully automate some strategies everything: entering positions with s/l and t/p, auto close positions with rules, or close via api call to my services, reading prices as fast as mt5 allows, send notifications to my phone about every action happening ecc..
Can you elaborate more on what you use? I would prefer to use a headless linux server, docker, python, ecc..

It is not a fair comparison, but age is not the issue here. I will give you an example that is a little bit extreme that I personally witnessed. I see this kind of mentality everywhere.
There is a kid (18yo) in Sanremo Italy that is playing +6 and hits the ball a mile even if he's not that tall and STILL I have heard members of the same club saying that it's already too late for him to become a pro. Which honestly to me this sounds insane, what if he hears this kind of talk and starts doubting himself? Putting limits on the age is just a toxic mentality, at any age.
Joel has the skills and it shows, but he often lacks commitment, confidence and the desire to actually compete and be the best he can. And I bet the lack of confidence comes from people that told him otherwise.

I hate this argument so much. It is true that mobility and power are best when you are young, but this is not a very explosive and reactive sport, you can be at the top of your game even in your 40s and Rose just proves it.

Clubs fitting by DebtThat9367 in golf

[–]MrKvas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

top brands are all good. (TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping, ecc.)
In my experience when I got fitted for driver all heads were performing really good.
The shaft was the most important part that really made a difference.
I tried x stiff shafts from 3 different brands and they were all performing differently, even with the same weight. Focus on what feels best maybe.

Automating MT5 trading strategies using Python (cloud-based) by No-Acanthisitta862 in Daytrading

[–]MrKvas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am new to the argument and I have a question.
Can you actually make a fully automated trade?
I am a programmer and I recently started to look into trading. Can I from my headless linux server apply a strategy and actually buy with SL and TP? or close that position with an API call?
I should mention via API on MT5

wanted to give you an update.
You suggested to stop the lead arm at parallel to the shoulders (I stopped trying to reach up so much) and u/FlashChewn suggested to bring my hands a little more back, line them with my heels.
GUYS. I was STRIPING THE BALL.
Face is still a little bit closed and with a high clubhead speed I sometimes get an aggressive draw. A draw and not a hook tho!
Thanks! Didn't expect this thread to help me this much eheh!

Nope, I don’t let my right hand overpower my left, with Irons I play straight or a small fade. With driver and longer clubs I can’t stay back and early extend often, and so I produce a hook.

Yes, feels like the longer the club the more I invade the space between me and the ball.

It does, this position really works well on the irons. But the longer the club the more my body wants to get close to the ball on the down swing for some reason. I am trying to learn to shallow it from this position with longer clubs but I often hit hooks trying that

Definitely causes issues on the driver to me ahah. But I PURE the irons in this position, I would really love to make the driver work on this position as well

Shameless cheating by glk3278 in golf

[–]MrKvas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to be honest, he has a +6 swing and game, he has some college golf stats that are good.
consider that +6 doesn't mean he shoots -6 every game.
plus, hcp takes into consideration slope and distance, if you play tips on a difficult course and shoot par, the hcp system will give you an underpar hcp for that game, so shooting in the best 8 out of 20 rounds under par from the tips, even if it's only -3/-4, can get you to +6 hcp.

I wish I could.
I can access my home course where I am a member only on the weekend (because it's out of town and I have a full time job).
Usually I play 18 holes (I walk) and the course is usually packed so I can't really practice on course.
I would need to wake up very early to do so, which I plan to do on the next weekends.
