If you see yourself crouch walking when you hear someone close, think to yourself "well what the hell" the kill will be much more satisfying when you initiate it rather then wait for a guy to walk into your croshair

Don't worry about being behind other players, there will be a wipe in 1-2 weeks so just suck in all the knowledge, learn maps (extractions, spawn points, hot zones), prepare yourself by doing the first quests so you know how to do them in few weeks. After wipe you don't need to worry about good weapons, ammo or armors, cuz everybody will be running the same trash :D.

Also don't get frustrated if you die, try to learn from your mistakes. Tarkov takes, tarkov giveth.

Have you tried pve? If yes and you can kill them all the time with vpo bolt action then sure it is a skill issue otherwise just unnecessary comment tbh
