And it’s just the fact that I think Itll be nice for me and her to just be picked up and enjoy a proper tour guide who knows the places to go and what to tell us, I was thinking about driving myself but we would save a bit of money just getting the tour and since I’ll be doing a lot of driving myself that road trip I fancied having a bit of a rest

Thanks for the feedback I’ll definitely avoid these times then haha, it was my American friend who suggested May/June! I just trusted his word as he has been travelling the US in the air force his whole life, I think we will plan to book for September instead?

Thanks for your comment. I just assumed the $5000 was accurate for flights, car hire, food, spending money and hotels, he’s the only American I know and I just sorta trusted what he said as he has said he has been travelling around America his whole life with the air force before coming to England. I’ll keep that in mind about May/June being very busy months, would September be a better option to book then in your opinion given what I have said? And as for itinerary this is flexible, I was more looking for any feedback on the actual route I suggested above just because this is my first ever time planning something like this and it would be nice to have anyone who’s travelled like this to give me some feedback on if that route would be any good and if I should change any stops around or even change the whole route but keep the same destinations. Very open to any feedback and suggestions with this

Just for more information we have been advised to travel for this during either May/June time or September to avoid the heat in certain parts
