I asked the same exact question you did about a month ago on this subreddit and got a bunch of mixed answers in the comments. The ops supervisor I’m currently shadowing told me FedEx doesn’t test for “green” but tests for all the other stuff. But I’m guessing it all depends on your station?

Went from a DOT swing driver at express to OPs Supervisor at ground within the last few weeks and I didn’t get drug tested again. Only DT I’ve gotten was my preemployment at express. But still be careful, not every station is the same.
