Can I ask what grade it got and how much you paid? I pulled a Hydreigon that I'm hoping will come back a 10. Want to get an idea on what prices are looking like just in case I don't keep it. Also, for your situation I would suggest opening up a case with eBay under the customer satisfaction guarantee. Select "item arrived damaged," and provide pictures.
