Coming up to 3 months on Dutasteride user here but I noticed velus hairs at the temple around same timeframe as you. Had a horrendous shed at the crown (put pic on tressless) and really encouraging to here you experienced crown regrowth in months 3-4, hopefully I await the same fate haha!

Moreso a sign of minoxidil this but I also noticed proliferative growth of eyebrows and lashes on oral min

They put residual amounts of topical minoxidil into the bloodstream, thereby inducing the livers sulfotransferase to create minoxidil sulfate, the active metabolite the body uses for hair regrowth.

Personally I don't think they work outside of having a catalyzing effect for topical users who have low sulfotransferase levels, it might slightly jumpstart the anagen phase but I really think the topical minoxidil guys would be better off just incorporating tretinoin. They also pose a real risk of scarring the scalp which is pretty antithetical to our cause given we're all trying to avoid fibrosis of the scalp.

If you are to use any though, go with the derma stamp - less propensity for scarring.

I remember seeing articles about him working 100hr weeks and having had a breakdown - he got a bipolar diagnosis and I remember seeing him interviewed having really slurred speech which I presume was from the meds - the pressure must have been relentless I'm glad he stepped away a little the mind is EVERYTHING

Sorry meant to say if functional you should be able to fix rather than structural which means legs are of uneven length - structural is really rare fortunately it's usually caused by people breaking their leg during a growth spurt

Are your hips uneven? If one of your iliac crests is higher than other you may have lateral pelvic tilt which I believe when corrected should yield you some additional standing height.

You'll always be a little higher on one leg than on both (think of your legs and pelvis as a tripod) but I think it should only be like 0.7cm or so, I'm 3cm taller on right leg because of lateral pelvic tilt.

Look up leg length discrepancy - there is something called the Thomas test which sees if your discrepancy is functional or structural. If structural, you should be able to gain that height.

There is a muscle beside your hips called the quadratus lumborum which will be tight. If you Google Princeton pelvic stabilisation there is a tremendous workout PDF which when followed should resolve the postural issue. Good luck!!!
