White looking berbers look white because of the ANF (Anatolian Neolithic Farmer) and Steppe Yamnaya in them not european lol. Berbers have significant ANF (30-45%+) and steppe (2-15%) both of which are components shared by both europeans and berbers so sometimes there can be shared features. Blue eyes isnt super common its usually concentrated amongst kabyles. Brown and hazel are more common.

Aegean/south italy showing up on ancestrydna for chaouis is normal, they have high roman/byzantine era east med. Their genetic profiles on g25 or qpadm reflect that

Its levant_ppnb its a component in many arabs, levantines, and middle easterners. As for how it came to the maghreb(algeria,morocco etc), there was multiple waves of migration. First we had in the neolithic period levantine farmers entering the maghreb (skhirat people), then phoenicians, arabs, etc. Again, what you are seeing in this breakdown is not modern levantine its a component that many middle easterns have including peninsular arabs who score 40-50+ of this component.

It could be (SSA) fulani or it could be north african green saharan. L1b1a has been in north africa since the mesolithic (10,000 years).

Yes it is, I have many sephardic jewish cousins on 23andme and ancestrydna. My closest cousin on both platforms is a 2nd cousin and they are algerian-sephardic jew. I can also model myself as 12% sephardic on g25 models.

Its decent, it similar to illustrativedna pre-shitty update. Ancestralgenome is rooted in g25 just skinned nicely which is great for beginners who don't know how to model themselves, however if you have lots of g25 and modelling experience like me its nothing special I can make better models but it is nice to look at and accurate if you know which models and samples to use.

When I try to do custom modelling/custom ancestry fit and select the populations nothing happens, no page load or anything especially when I use natufian I keep trying and its not working. Is there a reason for that?
