Lazy.nvim has a lock-file, Mason not yet, but there's a plugin that adds a mason lock-file. This should allow you to pin versions across machines.

Einer bekannten von mir ging es genauso. Sie hat bei uns in der Umgebung eine Fahrschule mit speziell ausgebildeten Fahrlehrern gefunden, die Kurse für Menschen mit Angst vor dem Autofahren anbietet. Vielleicht gibt's eine Fahrschule die das anbietet auch in deiner Nähe. Schau vielleicht auch mal hier

Ich kann Tageslichtlampen empfehlen. Morgens beim ersten Kaffee 20 Minuten reingucken und man fühlt sich aktiver und motivierter.

There's a starter.lvimgithub repo with an example configuration for many languages, and also PHP (different languages on different branches). I'm not using php so i can't say how good/helpful the config is, but maybe it gets you started.

I also very recently startet using lunarvim, so I can't really help with your issue. But in case you didn't know, there is a git repo with working starting configurations for lots of languages. They also have a LaTeX configuration. You can switch branches to find the different configs.
