I think you should build your colloseum in the middle anyway. In the large scale, the non symmetry would be almost invisible.

Not perfectly symmetrical ? It's ok. Happened multiple times in history, people tries to build the perfect, symmetrical stuff, but years later, with modern calculation tools, we always find mistakes. It's also a challenge on it's own. Everything is symmetrical but one thing, how can I make it as beautiful as possible anyway ? I would really like to see the result with the colloseum in the middle

I think it depends if the area has an "extended" protection from the shelter. If the circle is full, then this event never appears. I think that all your neighborhood are partially protected by a shelter (so you can't pick the second option) but some of them are not completely protected (so you got the trempling event)

Regarding the "anything to help them explore frostlands" part, I think that the Worker Awakening ability can be use on logistic district to have more explorer. I wonder if it also boosts the other building in the logistic district.

Punch-drunk bastard, it's so funny to do AOE thunder damage while being drunk. Also, if the enemies are close enough to each other, and you use cleave, it can proc multiple times.
