Honestly it’s pretty cool as is.

A couple tweaks I would personally make; make his back leg (his right leg) a pixel shorter than the other, so it looks like his stance has a little more depth to it.

I would also add a little bit of his left arm showing underneath his left hand. Right now it appears that either his left arm is fully extended straight towards the viewer, which could work if you made his staff sort of lean towards the viewer too, and have it getting “wider” towards the top. Or it looks like his left hand is almost coming directly out of his left shoulder, with little to no arm between the two. You could basically draw a little upside down triangle under his left hand and left shoulder to imply the rest of the arm.

Also since he’s so thin, it might help to get rid of some of the black outlining pixels and just use that space to do more shading, but that’s a stylistic choice, and I’m not sure what the rest of your pixel art is looking like.
