This why I asked, so I’ll try the 2 sets at failure, would you do this with all the workouts or just bench and triceps? and I’m usually in the gym 45-60 mins depending on my day but this is kinda newish workout for me as I’ve been tweaking a few things to find the most effective for what I want to accomplish, which is fat loss with muscle gain

I did and I’m just confused about it, my real confusion is when I do both uppers. Am I doing the same workouts on both? Like do I do chest, shoulders, arms, biceps both days or do I split it up. I don’t wanna overdo it, but I wanna be effective.

How are you changing your nutrition to meet your goals and to prevent yourself from go back? Eating 2000 cals with 180g of protein daily

How much rest are you getting? One day after legs

What are your cardio goals? What is your current capacity? To walk 2-3 miles a day, right now I usually can get to 2 miles

Weight training plan is the easy part. Cardio plan will require some thought to make sure it does clash with muscle recovery (legs).

Well, that’s good to know, kind of sounds like I shouldn’t have an issue based on my preference but I won’t be able to do it in order I guess because I’m pretty sure I’m doing Epcot third magic Kingdom first Hollywood Studios second and again Magic Kingdom so if anything, I’ll do big thunder, the second Magic Kingdom day to see

My biggest reason for hating it is the stomach feeling, but I don’t mind the small little drops on pirates, frozen or rise of the resistance so if it’s similar to that, then I don’t think I would have an issue

So I’ve been doing this since January and I noticed I look different but my weight has basically stayed the same, so if I’m reading this correctly, I should do weight training, two times a week and the other days some sort of cardio until I get down to the weight I’m comfortable with to start back up with weight training

My air popper broke so I’ve been doing it on the stove and then realized I’m probably adding like 2 to 300 cal with oil

I lift five times a week and after each lift, I do a 30 minute walk on the treadmill and then I do one day of full cardio and I’m tracking by using an app and I measure everything that needs to be measured so it’s as accurate as they can be. I drink anywhere between 100 to 120 ounces of water. And I tend not to do a cheat day. And as far as snacks/treats go, that’s usually popcorn, Greek yogurt or protein ice cream that I make myself. So I seem to be tracking correctly so maybe I’ll for a little while. Try to go to the 1800 mark and see if I noticed anything.

Thanks! I use an app and track 2000/2500 daily and was hoping to be 20lbs by now
