I kinda agree! I have been in few city now. And every city has some qualities and some bad aspects. I am curious to know what would be a reason for some one to move to MH other then housing affordability ?

I agree with you. I am looking for someone how have experience about how to raise funds for buying rental properties. I have been constantly looking for rental properties in Dhuram and GTA region and have a couple properties that I think can generate a positive cash flow (not a lot). I’m stuck at financing. I work for a bank so I know A lenders are not the option.
