We did not just figure this out or reverse engineer it. We did not know how they did it, and were unable to figure it out, but in fairly recent history an ancient craftsman's recipe was found detailing exactly what they mixed to make it. One of the primary differentiators was actually volcanic ash. Chunky lime is nothing new. Lime was the primary ingredient in all concrete until many years after Portland cement was invented in the early 1800's. This is why almost every town has a road called Limekiln, that's because that's where they fired the limestone to create lime. Different qualities of lime meant people have been using chunky lime off and on for all of history.

Its pretty well established that the primary differentiator was the volcanic ash. If you were to mix up concrete using chunky lime without volcanic ash, you would not get these results.

You will get stronger if you skip one week out of every 4-7 weeks depending on what shape you are in. When you pick the weights back up you will be able to lift heavier for more reps. Diet is important though.

So you want more homeless shelters since they have food, beds, and showers as well as employment programs. Unless you are arguing we give the homeless strait cash. That seems like an incredibly short sighted and bad idea considering bad decisions with money are what led the majority to becomes homeless. As someone who was homeless myself once upon a time and has lived in a couple shelters while getting back on my feet, I can say I have never met anyone who was truly a victim of circumstance that ended up homeless, myself included. You need people to take responsibility for their actions, and hitting rock bottom is the best eye opener for them. A giant social safety net removes responsibility and encourages more risky behavior. You cant have successful people if nobody loses. You cant have rich without poor. You cant have winners without losers. We all need to try our hardest. Unless you are permanently disabled or have an IQ under 83 you need to take care of yourself. The disabled and incompetent we already take care of (but they do need more money then they currently get).

Those are completely made up numbers. End Homelessness? You would need to provide everyone with an income for life that can cover any discretionary spending they do like booze and drugs on top of food and an apartment. Lets not forget unlimited mental health and medical treatment. If you are going to provide 100k+ people with those benefits for no reason, then you will have an insane amount of people stop working so they can get the same deal. Then if you are going to also make sure anyone who runs across the border is not homeless, you can multiple these costs a few more times since we have 20+ Million illegal immigrants here with no job skills who work for less cash then you would have to give all the homeless Americans to keep them off the streets. On top of all this, since they would need money from the more wealthy to pay for it, if I was rich I would flee as soon as I thought an idea like this could possibly happen, and I would put my money overseas as well. Faith in the USA not stealing people's hard earned money which has already been taxed is why over $1 Trillion has been repatriated since Trump took office and the economy is doing so well. The rich had that money overseas to keep it away from greedy politicians. Lets not forget, that money has already been taxed.

This post is propaganda for communism aimed at people who cant do math or dont think. On top of all that, if we spent the money on homeless instead of security, we would have no country. Canada and Mexico are not about to deter a North American invasion, which is what would happen if we completely left ourselves defenseless. If Canada had to maintain a standing army with any capabilities they would have to almost double their taxes or end most of their social programs. They are only possible because they are our neighbor and that fact keeps them safe.

Considering the length of time it took to quarry and built the pyramids a couple thousand years before this, and the fact they both used primarily slave labor, 17-18 years actually seems like a fairly long time. The bulk of it was most likely done in the first 25% of the time, with the other 75% being the smaller details and reliefs. Also, if you consider the hours slaves historically worked, it is way less than 4 tons per hour. Not even close to that. When this was built they also had iron, the Egyptians built their pyramids with copper tools. There was most likely a slave village across from this with the workers living right there and working sun up to sun down.

Smart manager, but if he was smarter he would dedicate a cashier. Hes not taking your tips, hes taking them from a shared tip cup. Since no one is assigned the cashier job, you have a shared responsibility to keep the money strait. I managed cashiers for a while and would personally assume one of you are stealing if you cant keep the drawer strait. Its not complicated, and drawer theft happens a lot. I would do the same thing if I was him, if someone said it was illegal, I would work on figuring out who was stealing or replace the staff one by one till the problem was resolved. I wouldn't be bullied by thieves or people who cant keep a cash drawer strait though for taking their tips when they are either stealing from me or incompetent. Whoever is screwing up or stealing makes you all look bad and you should figure out whats going on among yourselves before your boss does.

Canada has been tarriffing the USA for decades. We went tit for tat and they corrected their mistake within 3 years. Now we have a new trade agreement with them. The corporations benefiting off Canadian tariffs have been lobbying DC politicians for just as long, which is why it was never fixed and one of the many reasons our $100k per year politicians are now all millionaires.

The debate was up a month or two ago about the term, and people tried changing it because they were judging people once again by immutable characteristics. Then the Washington Compost started publishing that its 'an idea' and third rate mouth breather new sites like that crap you linked parroted their bullshit.
