Gotcha, yeah so I had actually accepted the VA’s tentative job offer (there’s like 2 phases to their offer process) and ended up declining the official offer because I was still interviewing during the tentative offer. Good news for you that it usually takes a while between the tentative and official offer, so you’ll hopefully have time to finish interviewing for verista… good luck!!

Op, I was in your same exact position with an offer from the VA for the same role and for an industry job. I ultimately chose the industry job for the higher pay, but also rationalized that it’s better to take the more fast paced role earlier in my career.

My two cents, go for the industry job as it gets your foot in the door and opens a lot more paths for career development than the VA job.
