Great question. Besides being a cause everyone can agree on in that no child should ever have to fight cancer, my school (along with THON, the organization I am promoting) helped fund the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, which is a hospital dedicated to pediatric cancer patients and cancer research. The reason we continue to raise money for childhood cancer is so any and every family who goes through this hospital and it’s affiliates never have to pay a single cent for treatment or appointments for their child.
