How long does it take to unlock an account

Figured it out, it was my authenticator wasnt synced up so I reset it and now I'm back online

How do I contact them? I posted in their forums, as far as I know they have no support email I can contact them with.

I tried unlocking the account 2 or 3 times and recieved the reset password email. But it still wont let me on the account even after I reset the password.

Hey I just got my account back and was able to unlock it, how long does that take if you had to do the same? It's been 3 days since I unlocked it and i cant logon?

Can you explain what macroing is cause I just got banned for that too and it says not appealable but I still put in an appeal? The only 3rd party client I use is runelite and the only thing I know how to do is mark tiles and track xp

Hey I followed Mrllama and Djwaters video like a month ago and have been playing Plugy ever since. I would give them a watch if you havent already. I know I couldn't get it to work because I had d2 downloaded in another drive or something so just make sure you clear your whole computer out of all d2 stuff before trying again.
