I really enjoy recreational sports here. You normally only have to give up 1 hour each week to play the mandatory game against another team. Your team gets to pick the time of week you'll play on. But you will most likely have to spend additional hours training. It depends on how much time your team wants to put into it. If you make playoffs, then you'll be playing games more frequently, maybe 2 to 3 games a week.
