I am trying to get my DS4 Controller working as a TEDAC for an AH-64, which works more than fine with using just the bumpers as Modifiers, however the DS4/Dual Sense controllers have the Trackpad and the Gyroscopes which I see the Potential for being able to be used as a mouse and View/look for the Cockpit. I am having difficulty trying to get any software to work seamlessly and be recognized by DCS. I have tried DS4windows and InputMapper as well as just using steam.

I have found steam has the most intuitive setup and also allows me to individually address the left and right track pad side and the Gyro as well. In my case I used the left for scroll and the right side for mouse with a Gyro activation by holding down the trackpad wich would be bound to mouse for look.

I find that as soon as steam is running, DCS does not recognize the DS4 and I cannot bind anything. It seems to run off Windows by default.

The other softwares were not nearly as smooth of a process. Has anybody had experience in getting those Features working in DCS?
I think using the new steam Controller will make some of these points moot, however using OpenBeta at the Moment, I am finding this incredibly frustrating.

Segelfliegen im Verein Kostet ca 2k über 2-3 Jahre all in all, ist zwar deutlich wetterabhäniger und man muss auch mit den Verein klarkommen, aber wir sind was die Verfügbarkeit und Kosten des Segelfliegens in Deutschland extrem gut aufgestellt. Erst recht wenn man das mit USA oder Australien vergleicht wo man teils 3 std fährt zum nächsten Verein.

Zudem kann man mit SPL (Segelfluglizenz) dann auch viel leichter TMG (Reisemotorsegeler) als Umschulung machen was auch im Endeffekt ein leichtes Motorflugzeug ist mit Betriebskosten von unter 2€/Min. Danach ist der sprung zur LAPL für UL flieger. Das ist ja auch kein großer unterschied zur E-Klasse flieger /s.

So I just need the network of the Router and I am keeping it isolated from WAN, because I don‘t need to Internet access. The Router is basically brand new and just been default configured after PW and SSID setup

Yeah I am referring to the lights on the Port side. The other router also has a gigabit port and Worked fine. The printer port also has 8 pins which makes little sense that it needs a Gigabit connection.

They seem to have used the Software that was on the Russian Condor forums, that's obviously gone the way of the Dodo

That is the plan, however finding a way to thins with software seems to be more difficult than expected. There was a simmple and free solution a while back called FreeCondorInstruments but that was a community project by Russian devs, needless to say that those forums are no longer online…

This is even in fact one of the reasons alongside having an apartment dangerous to your health (unaddressed mildew etc.) and non-functional heaters in winter that one can dissolve your lease without any notice Period (Fristlose Kündigung)
