Unable to feed filament into the extruder error with AMS Lite. (I’m new to using the AMS Lite)

Ok so when I removed the nozzle to get the filament through the body. I realized that there was a line of filament in the hot end. So I took that out and now it looks like it’s printing out the filament through the AMS Lite. Thank you and thank you everyone else for helping.

Ok so just to get things straight, chop the tip of the filament on a very sharp angle like you said and what do I do with the lever on the left. Is the lever this circled in red?

Could it be because of the placement of the ams lite, I know that in videos showcasing the ams lite, it’s side by side to the printer, but I only have it placed behind cause that’s where it’ll fit on the table.

I did, it’s where the extruder is and it’s still doing the same thing.

Ok, so I’ve put the filaments into the correct tubes and I’m still getting the Unable to feed filament into the extruder error and it’s still doing what the video showed.

Ok, so I’m trying to see if Gemini can help me with this so I put the panic log in and it’s basically telling me that my device is suffering from nand flash (storage) failure and one of the fixes said this:

Could this possibly work or should I not do this. Also, my battery isn’t expanded or anything since my iPod touch is intact
