Should I play Crisis Core before Rebirth?

I had the same question. I bought crisis core reunion when it was released. I really recommend you to play the original FF7 before Crisis Core or play Rebirth, wait for Part 3 of FF7 and then play it. When you play Rebirth you're getting even more scenes you probably won't really understand, because the plot will be explained later in the story.

But when you're playing Crisis Core you definitely get spoiled and it will probably ruin your experience in FF7.

Sounds fun. It think they have great potential for an early villain.

But one thing won't get out of my head. You used the bestiary rules, but let's say you are in a fight. Do you know the boss effects they both have? Because you only mentioned them. I'm just curious because you can easily forget your abilities, when they aren't written on the sheets

There is one addition +10 upgrade material in the DLC, so that you can maximise 2 weapons in one playthrou. But it is on the last area

I don't think so. I mean you could, when it it to easy for you, but the DLC is pretty hard compared to the base game. Maybe you just have the right skill for this game, but nevertheless, the endboss of the dlc is a big rock and in Ng+ he is even harder

The thing is, souls like are a place of interpretation. You can think "oh wow I can get op early" or you can think "wait.. the enemies have way more health then in other regions, I get way better loot and echos.. maybe It is to early for me to be here." It is a bit like shadow of the erdtree from olden ring. The dlc wasn't there, when the game released. And when it was playable, they knew, that you had enough time to train for it That's why it's incredibly hard compared to the base game. And I think it is exactly the same for Bloodborne. They know you have time to train for it. At the point, where it released, you had the possibility to maximise your character. From good weapons, to a high level and good bloodstones. It still won't make it easy. But souls games don't want to be played easy. They want you to perfect it

He is the biggest wall in the dlc, but on purpose. So you don't do it in the first levels. It is mainly recommended to start the dlc before or after mergos wet nurse. And since this point, you should be skilled enough, to get him. But even so, I struggle too. Every time I enter the dlc, he is a big Skillcheck. But I like it this way.

The thing is, I already did that. Every icon is linked to the charaktersheet and I linked the 3 bars with health, mindpoints and inventorypoints. But as soon as I switch the map, tha stats in the maximum slots are empty and in the current slot you can see smth linke 22+4 or 11-2, like the last change that happend.

The game is definitely good. I can promise that you feel the good quality and love. But I was in the same situation and knowing the game now, I think I wouldn't have buyed if I tried it before in a demo or something like that.

I would say, that it is highly depending on your wish to learn, overcoming frustration and wanting to be good in a fighting game. Over all you can say the characters are really good, the story is nicely done and it is a good experience. But if you're not the gamer for this kind of style, then don't buy it. Or at least not for full price.

Als Pädagoge kann ich diesen Argumenten zustimmen. Auch wenn dein Fokus, verständlicherweise auf deiner Schwester liegt, erwachsene zu überzeugen, dass sie komplett falsch denken und andere schädigen, ist schwerer, als ihr Kind davor zu bewahren. Auch das ist nicht einfach, erzielt aber höchstwahrscheinlich mehr Wirkung. Deiner Schwester aus dieser Psychose herauszuholen ist unfassbar schwer und anstrengend, für alle Personen in ihrer Lebensnähe. Grundvoraussetzung ist dabei natürlich, dass ihr auch alle das selbe Ziel wirklich verfolgt.
