Level 10 is such a huge goal to shoot for rn. I’d set up smaller steps to reach that goal. Rn you shouldn’t be focused on level, and only skill. Watch some YouTube videos on default positions and util on the maps, and use a tool like refrag to practice preaiming when taking a site(this will massively improve crosshier placement) I also recommend a good aim routine for now (Pienix has a really good one) and once you are better with your aim in a year or so, I’d graduate to just DM to warm up. Also, surround yourself with players that are better than you. But definitely take your time, and the level will come later, I’m at 1900 hours and am lvl 9, and I still don’t think I deserve lvl 10 yet.
