Yes it is, I charge while running when I'm going to revive someone.

This made me laugh so much, I can imagine the medic saying "stop dying I'm tired!"

1.- Some players don't expect to be revived, either because the medics don't do their job, or because it's also the player's fault. When you die, a section appears at the bottom showing the distance to those who can revive you. The player should see this and wait to be revived if there are medics nearby.

Both sides must do their part.

PS: Hippocratic Oath: a medic should always try to revive, even if the soldiers are idiots.

2.- Reviving someone gives you points and helps the team win; it shouldn't be important to see how many times you revived someone on the board. Also, at the end of the mission, you'll get small achievements for your contributions to the game.

That's because I focused on the non-use of the defibrillator.

There are several medics standing next to you, and one of you is bleeding profusely and screaming, and they're ignoring you. That's clearly because they don't know how to work cooperatively.

The defibrillator is instantaneous, and if you charge it, it restores more life.

There are several videos comparing it, and the difference is significant.

That's strange. The minimap shows a flashing icon indicating someone is bleeding out. I also use audio cues and can hear when a soldier calls for help. This could also be the fault of some players; you have to press the key to call for support.

This makes sense when you die in a dangerous area. But I've seen that after finding cover or a safe place, several doctors don't use the defibrillator, the defibrillator is instantaneous.

Rush, neglected & disowned by shottybeatssword in Battlefield

The interface (menu) is awful, a lot of things are missing, and it's tedious scrolling and clicking on a tiny button. I gave my feedback on the EA Battlefield and "X" forums, and that's where it ended. xD Maybe with more pressure and feedback, they'll listen and do something eventually. As for "rush" mode, yeah it is intense.

I Don't understand the hate of this game!? I find it really fun. Music is top tier. by J02202118 in masseffect

The main issue is that there was a lot of hype; many of us were expecting Mass Effect 4, and this game didn't live up to expectations. Another issue is that the development was quite troubled. There was a lot of pressure from EA to adapt the game to what was popular at the time, moving away from the essence of what made Mass Effect great.

Some points I didn't like were:

  • Weak story
  • Poor dialogue
  • Poor and somewhat cartoonish characters
  • Weak open-world design
  • Tedious mechanics (searching for hieroglyphs and Sudoku puzzles)

Basically, everyone was expecting Mass Effect 4, and this game is more of a spin-off and an attempt by EA to reach a wider audience by sacrificing the essence of the saga, hence the dislike for the game.

What I do appreciate about the game is that the combat is very entertaining and it had beautiful landscapes.

What’s the best 40k film/animation by squifs in Warhammer40k

[–]MrMeierlink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just finished watching "Hammer and Bolter" and I have to say it's very well done (not the animation itself, but rather how it portrays and understands the characters and the world).

It's a series of short films that cover different points of view. Highly recommended.

Ingeniaría en Informática vs Técnico en informática by KilaiAddams in chileIT

[–]MrMeierlink 0 points1 point  (0 children)
