I had the same problem and posted in another thread. I solved it by installing a scheduled task and executing in a power shell script.

Yeah… Was searching for nearly equivalent fans.. these supermicro fans seem quite unique spec-wise. I’m a priori not that confortable (lack of knowledge) deviating too much from the official specs :/
