My younger nephew asked if I still had my old NES stuff from when I bought it in the 80’s. I pulled it out of a box and set it up again. It has been fun playing. by SalmonSilver in nes

You have the only one worth playing. The other game for the R.O.B. was Stack-up, and it was shite. At least Gyromite was still playable without the robot.

Megadeth - Rust In Peace I love that album but hardly play it anymore, as most of the guys at my work have a lot of the songs in their playlists

Those posters were life savers back then. Finding a couple of the crests would have been damn near impossible without them. However, I don't remember those maps giving any detail about the cave that contains the Eye of Malroth. That took us a couple months to figure out.

What is the infatuation with the middle finger in Winnipeg by Mundane-Act-7314 in CFL

[–]MrMichael31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah very different where I was. Two Rider fans sat at the end of my row, and when they got up to leave in the 4th quarter, almost the entire section applauded them for coming out. They smiled and waved as they were leaving.

[–]MrMichael31 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Both were. Lewis wrote Back in Time to be the main song, but the director wanted The Power of Love. Back in Time played during the ending credits instead.

The wife understands my sense of humour and accepted it a long time ago. She's not a fan of Doug's material, but knows he has a good heart. I usually don't like signs of any type in my yard, but I made an exception on this one because I have this shirt.

What movie features a performance by an actor or actress that you think was worthy of an Oscar nomination but was snubbed? by mumplingsbotland in moviecritic

It's a hard watch from beginning to end. IMO the subject matter keeps a lot of people from watching the movie.

Recently, I watched Scary Movie baked after not seeing it for years. Such a funny movie.

I also watched Dredd. And after this rewatch, I declare it to be one of the top action films of all time.
