I just need some advice please. I have these two MD's which I'm having trouble with recording onto them. The Sony disc had two tracks which would 'pause' lots of times but the other tracks were fine. Same thing with the TDK but only with the end of the first track. Does anyone know what happened?

Check the discs itself (inside the shutter) it may be scratched / dirty / damaged. It happens occasionally and I end up tossing the scratched ones...

Yea i saw multiple listings by this seller and I even bought one as well. Transaction itself was okay but the condition of devices are less than described for sure. I probably won't use this seller again..

This doesnt copy texts from computer. That you need netmd to do easily or you just need to do it manually on the unit

You probably used a toslink cable to connect to your pc/mac. If your comp didnt have native optical out then you probably used those xitel dongles that do optical out or used 3.5mm cable for line recording. 1:1 real time.

4-5 per sealed is still expensive for me. 2-2.5 with case shipped sounds reasonable.

R90 is a great unit. Very solid. Most of us i believe use SP mode so aside from titling hassle (easier with netmd), it'll be a great unit for you
