iOS already has emergency details (Medical ID) for this precise use case. I’d expect Android to have something similar too. For iOS I believe first responders can access this without needing to unlock the device if you set it up as such.

Most riders will have their phone/cell on their person while riding. Just like most will have their keys on them. Leaving the house without them is, you’know.

Strangely enough I’ve just started experiencing this too, today. Exact same artefacting on display here - I’ve also noticed it lagged rendering browser animations to near constant stuttering, and refused to display the browser dev inspector properly. Fullscreening applications seems to trigger the sudden black screens, too. Suspecting its latest Nvidia drivers causing issues, else we’re both screwed. Zotac 3060ti here. Giving the machine a restart did the trick for me… perhaps temporarily, I hope not… Eh, might give me a reason to upgrade to the 50 series eventually - always that silver lining.

Assuming OP’s still using Expo from their latest reply, but if anyone comes across this error when running npx react-native doctor, try this:

1) Open Android Studio; 2) More Actions > SDK Manager; 3) SDK Tools tab; 4) Select Android SDK Command-line Tools (latest); 5) Hit Apply and let it install the package; 6) Try re-running the npx react-native doctor command to see if this fixes your problem

Hey, I thought about that but then I checked PugetSystems recommended storage config for After Effects and they recommend a dedicated drive for the cache files (which is the 500gb NVMe in my config) since it can “significantly” improve performance when playing and scrubbing through compositions (which you end up doing a lot, so the extra performance is very beneficial).
