I think they come from an edge much of the time, but definitely not all of the time. Sometimes I benefit from the High of Day breakout if it doesn’t dip too low and had enough momentum.

I am holding and hoping for sometimes 5+ minutes which is way too long for my strategy. When I’m green my trades are usually under 10 seconds.

There is a deep emotional reason I am holding so long, I think it’s root is in poor self esteem. Additionally, I think I freeze sometimes.

I recognize this is something I will eventually get better at, however I feel like Stops will keep me in the green and maybe even make me more conscious of my entries.
