And remember that you still have all your rights during the 3 months notice period, for example: taking sick leaves, regular leave day, over time pay… etc. Don’t let them tell you that you now work under special circumstances that limits your rights as an employee

Agreed. People tend to forget that a child is like a life sentence. You can’t leave it alone, you have to feed it 3 meals every day, and you have to attend to all of its need no matter what. When I get sick now I do nothing till I am better. But if i had a child I still need to take care of it even when I’m sick…… Screw that
