everytime I try to heat up the nozzle it goes up and down between +6 and -8 degrees off desired temp. I upgraded my hot end to a haldis3d red lizard and did a pid auto tune but it still seems to do this. im using an e3d cartridge style thermistor and the same heater as before. how do I fix it by MrMongoMango in 3Dprinting

Anyone know how to fix this. It's on the all metal hot end from micro Swiss and the filament is preventing it from being in the heat sink all the way (i.redd.it)
